Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, give accurate information, complete the required age check and protect your sign-in details. If a profile represents a couple, both people must be adults and agree to its creation and content. One account's age check does not prove the identity or age of a partner or of anyone shown in media. An age-verified badge means an age check was completed for that account; it is not a guarantee of identity, behaviour, consent or safety. We may restrict accounts that do not meet these rules.

Content and consent

You are responsible for what you submit. Upload only material you have the rights to share. Everyone shown in intimate or sexual media must be an adult and must have freely agreed both to the material and to its publication on MorePlay. Do not post child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, exploitation, threats, harassment, impersonation, private information without permission or anything else unlawful. Do not use MorePlay to offer or arrange unlawful services. We may ask for evidence of age, rights or consent and may reject, hide or remove material or restrict an account.

Profile and gallery uploads wait for staff review before other members can see them. Review is a safety measure, not proof that every claim is true or that a meeting will be safe.

Sharing risk and permission to host

Sharing intimate material creates privacy risks. Other members may copy, screenshot or redistribute material despite our rules. Consider this before posting identifiable media or information. You keep ownership of your content and give MorePlay a limited, non-exclusive permission to store, display and process it to operate and moderate the service. This permission ends when material is removed, except for copies lawfully retained for safety, legal or backup purposes. This section does not remove MorePlay's legal responsibilities or your statutory rights.

Connections and conduct

A connection request does not entitle anyone to a reply. Messaging opens only after acceptance. Respect declines, blocks and stated limits; do not pressure, stalk, spam, threaten or impersonate others, and do not bypass a block. You decide whether to communicate or meet offline. Follow our safety guidance and never treat a badge, like or meet verification as a personal safety guarantee.

Closing your account

You can request permanent account deletion from your settings. Closing immediately hides your profile; deletion of live account data normally follows. A specific safety report, documented investigation, legal claim or billing issue may require limited information to be held and reviewed before that part is erased. We will not keep all member messages merely in case an investigation might happen later. See the Privacy notice for details.

Payments

MorePlay is free to join during early access. Paid checkout is not available yet, and no charge is required to use the features currently open to members. Safety limits on new connection requests still apply. The membership page shows planned prices only. Before taking a payment we will show the final price, duration, renewal or expiry arrangement, cancellation and refund information, and the payment provider's details. No membership becomes paid merely because a plan is displayed.

Reports and appeals

Use a Report control or email moreplay.site@gmail.com with a link and description. Clearly identify suspected underage or non-consensual intimate content so we can prioritise it; do not email suspected illegal images. We may restrict content or accounts while reviewing a report. If your content or account is restricted, you can request a review at the same address. We will consider the circumstances and explain the outcome where appropriate.

Service changes and legal rights

This service is still being developed and features may change. We will give appropriate notice of material changes to these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
